Arcadia makes furniture by hand in a converted barn in rural Somerset. They had an extraordinary product and an almost invisible online presence. We built Driftwood — a content system that turned their making process into a serialised story across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Craft brands struggle to translate the physical experience of their work into content that performs online. Arcadia's previous social presence was inconsistent, low-resolution, and disconnected from the warmth of their actual studio. Follower growth had flatlined for two years.

We embedded a content director in the studio for the first three months to document the making process at every stage. From this archive we built a twelve-month content calendar that alternated process films, maker portraits, and finished piece reveals — each formatted specifically for the platform it was published on.

Organic follower growth of 7,900% across nine months. A waiting list of 340 commissions. Two viral TikTok posts exceeding 4M views each. Revenue grew 3.4× year-on-year. Arcadia hired their first in-house social coordinator at month six.
